Dinosaur Trail Golf & Country Club's back nine offers all golfers the ultimate experience. Built throughout the Badlands in the Drumheller Valley, it offers every challenge imaginable to all levels of golfers. Golfers from all over Alberta and around the world visit Drumheller and take on the back nine. It's an experience that they talk about for years to come.
The eleventh hole slides along the Badlands on the left and has ravines jutting in and out of the fairway which makes it very important to choose the right club off the tee. Due to archaeology concerns, the hill sticking out across the fairway had to stay.
The fifteenth hole can drive both the novice or pro crazy. To have a safe shot at the green in two, you need to carry the ball over another ravine for 180 yards to a safe landing spot.
The seventeenth hole starts easily and gets more challenging as you approach the green.
TIP: Don't go long on your approach.
The eighteenth hole - it's almost over.
After carrying your tee shot over 180 yards watch out for the narrow entrance to the green and the creek in front.
